How to play Tristana

Tristana is a dragon lane champion that focuses on attack damage to kill the enemy team. She is not the best in the early game because her range is very short and she doesn't do a lot of damage. The later the game goes and the more items she gets, the stronger she becomes. This is thanks to her insane range from her passive Draw a Bead, which increases her auto attacks and abilities range when she levels up. She can also get a reset on the cooldown from her Rocket Jump (2nd Ability) that can help a lot especially in the late game you just need to make sure you can get a takedown (Kill or Assist).

Tristana does really well when building attack damage items and critical strike chance. Infinity Edge is a strong item that scales really well with Tristana, giving her a lot of attack damage, and the critical damage that you do to the enemies is increased. On top of Infinity Edge, you can build Rapid Firecannon and Phantom Dancer to get 75% critical strike chance. This scales very well into the mid and late game!

Onto the runes, we have:

Conqueror

With Tristana's high attack speed and long range, you can get stacks on the rune really easily. This allows you to deal even more damage during the game.

Brutal

Having more physical vamp is always helpful to keep yourself alive. As an AD Carry, you will always find yourself getting takedowns which will allow you to get more AD and vamp.

Hunter - Titan

As an AD Carry you will always find yourself either getting a lot of kills or assists which works really well with this rune. You will gain health each time you get a unique takedown.

Sweet Tooth

A great rune for if you get low in the laning phase and need that extra bit of healing and get some free money.

Flash
Barrier

For summoner spells, Flash is a must on most champions. It's a great spell to get you out of a bad situation or allows you to flash into the team to get the killing blow. The go-to 2nd spell is Barrier. The most important thing to note with barrier is that it does not last a long time so you need to make sure you use it when you are about to take damage.

Early Game

Tristana is not the best champion in the early game. You can use your Explosive Charge (3rd Ability) to help clear minion and/or use it on the enemy to keep them away as you're trying to last hit minions. You want to stay as passive as you can and try not to die so you can farm up and get your core items. Remember that at any point if you are in danger you can use Rocket Jump (2nd Ability) to jump away to stay safe.

Late Game

Once you reach the late game and have your core items, this is when Tristana can use her range from her passive Draw a Bead and kill the whole team. It's always best as an AD Carry to stay grouped with your team. You want to stay as far back from the enemies as possible and allow your front line to go in front of you to tank all the damage. Most of the time you are the main damage output, so if you are caught by yourself and die then your team is in really big trouble, so make sure you stay safe at all times.

Conclusion

Tristana is a great starter champion if you want to give Dragon Lane a try! Her abilities are really simple and she has a great play style for beginners that are just starting to play Wild Rift. If you're looking for a champion that can be a powerhouse in the late game with her insane range and abilities then Tristana is the right champion for you.
