Flings an enemy over Singed's shoulder, dealing 65 / 80 / 95 / 110
(+75% AP) magic damage + 5% / 6% / 7% / 8% of their max Health.
If the enemy lands in Mega Adhesive, they are rooted for
1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 seconds.
Signed is a top lane tank champion. As long as Singed can survive the early game and farm up to get his core items, he can run, deal a lot of damage and be a huge tank for the team. When he groups up later on in team fights, this is where Singed really can carry the game and be a big front-line tank that every team needs, whilst also flipping the enemy carries into your team with Fling. When playing Singed, make sure you turn off Poison Trail as this is a toggle ability and if you keep it on constantly, you will lose a lot of mana.
Singed is known as a solo front-line tank that can survive a lot of damage while dealing a high amounts of magic damage when being chased, as that reflected in his build. Rylai's Crystal Scepter works really well with Poison Trail, every time an enemy walks into your poison they will be slowed which works in combination with Imperial Mandate. Searing Crown works also works really well with Singed Poison Trail, dealing additional max health damage and gives singed some tank stats to help keep him alive.

Singed weakness can be in the laning phase before he gets his 2 core items. With Fleet Footwork this rune can help Singed sustain in the laning phase and get a burst of movement speed to help him move around easier.
With Singed, you will be in a lot of team fights running your way into the backline trying to kill the enemy carries, so dealing extra damage will always help, and you also get sustain when you takedown an enemy which can help a lot.
Second Wind greatly helps Singed during the laning phase. It allows him to heal up so he can stay in the lane longer, and the effect is doubled for melee champions like Irelia.
A great rune for when Singed uses a summoner spell he will gain extra movement speed to be able to run around and deal damage with his Poison Trail.
Singed doesn't do the best in the early game as a tank. It's best to stay back and farm up. When you get close to the enemy and start to fight, you want to make sure to use Poison Trail to get that little bit of poison damage. This will help a lot when fighting early on. Another thing to note is that if you are in trouble you can use Fling to throw the enemy away from you. You can also use Mega Adhesive to ground the enemy which means that they cannot use any mobility spells or flash. This helps when going in for a fight or when trying to run away.
The later the game goes, the bigger and stronger Singed will get. You are so tanky and unkillable at this point of the game that you can walk up and take all the damage whilst using your abilities to deal damage and slow down the enemies so your team can follow up and kill them. You want to stay with your team at all times and try not to get caught out by yourself. When in a team fight, your main goal is to get on top of the enemy backline. Try to focus on them and run them down and flip them towards your team. Keep in mind that you don't do well at all in a 1 vs 1 situation.
Singed is a great tank to play in the top lane. Not only does it take you a long time to die but you can run around the enemy team and deal a lot of damage with your poison.
